Bakersfield stylist wins national honors.
Local hair stylist Aundrea Wagner-Witzig of the Atomic Kitten Salon is one of three color master stylists competing to represent the U.S.A. at the International Wella Trend Vision 2009 Awards in Berlin Germany this November!
THE RESULTS ARE IN:
It is with great pleasure that Wella Professionals USA announces the finalists in the 2009 Trend Vision competition...
Aundrea Wagner-Witzig will compete in New York as a Wella Professionals USA Trend Vision 2009 finalist. The winner from the New York competition will then go on to represent the U.S.A. at the International Wella Trend Vision competition in Berlin, Germany on November 1, 2009.
Competing stylists from across the continent were asked to create a complete finished look – cut, color, style, makeup and wardrobe – that was their own personal interpretation of the Wella global trends vision theme.
A photograph of model Kelly Flood with the winning style was created by local Photographer Eric James Swearingen and submitted by Aundrea for this competition. Based on that image, the judges at Wella placed Aundrea Wagner-Witzig’s entry in the top three out of all competitors in North America. Aundrea Wagner-Witzig was assisted by Ramona Potts also an expert stylist and co-owner of The Atomic Kitten Salon in Bakersfield, Ca.
It is with much pride that the team from Bakersfield will be competing in New York for the opportunity to represent the U.S.A. in the International Wella Trend Vision 2009 Awards in Berlin, Germany this November.
"It is such an honor to be selected as one of Wella’s top 3 in the Nation, the whole team worked really hard for this opportunity. I really feel blessed to have such a talented team behind me. I know that we have the talent to go on after New York and be the first to ever win the International Wella Tend Vision for the U.S.A." -Aundrea Wagner-Witzig
