Teaching Bene Gesserit belly Dance in LA, and two other plunges as well!
Well I have decided to take the plunge and to star teaching in LA CA. . Starting on September 12, 2009 and on the second Saturday of the month at the Evolution dance Studio at 4200 Lankershim Blvd. in Universal City. The class will be in the small studio and will be from 3:00PM to 4:00PM and will be 15$.I am also on the 13'Th of September I will be going to pitch day at The Empty Space. I will also Finlay be posting a video of me dancing on You Tube. I am waiting for the DVD of my performance at the Festival of Dancing Colors on August 22'nd. I did a veil and belly contortion piece. They DO NOT dance in this fashion (if you can call it that). I have seen what she calls "Dancing" on her youtube site and it is atrocious and a mockery of Belly Dancing. By the way, the term "Bene Gesserit" is copyrighted by the Herbert Estate and they are VERY adamant about people not using it at all. I wonder how they would feel if they found out about your scam/sham of a "Belly Dancing" style that you commited copyright infringement to create? I hear they have REALLY good lawyers there...
I didn't know the Bene Gesserit danced. Curse you, Maude Dib!
